CDL Shuttle Driver; DOT

An SP+ Shuttle Driver DOT will be responsible for the proper and safe operation of shuttle buses, transporting passengers, ensuring efficient, safe, and seamless travel.

• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, including answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each interaction is positive.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report any known accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Have thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways to assist customers.
• Assist customers with luggage and other items at airport locations.
• Assist the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

  Experience:
  
  Less than high school education or one month of related experience, training, or equivalent combination.
• License: Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger Endorsement; maintained per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner’s Certificate required.
• Availability: Ability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends as required.

• Appearance: Maintain neat, clean appearance and complete uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands; occasionally sit, climb, balance; occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

Salary Range: $33.00–$37.00 per hour
