Compensation: $21.00 / hour

• Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service, strengthening our partner relationships.
• Optimize delivery routes and inventory management using cutting‑edge tech to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to share insights, solve challenges, and drive process improvements.
• Handle cash and product pick‑ups securely, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company SOPs.

• At least 1 year of delivery or long‑haul driving experience with a clean driving record, ready to navigate diverse routes.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, with a knack for building trust and delivering memorable partner experiences.
• Comfort with technology, including delivery apps and inventory systems, with a hunger to master new tools.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but we value eager learners with a passion for growth and innovation.

• Ability to drive a company‑provided van or car for 8–12+ hours daily.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, with ease in stooping, stretching, twisting, and bending.
• Strong vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and maintain precision.
• Reliable, punctual attendance, ready to tackle every shift with energy and commitment.
