This position,
Outdoor Customer Service Representative (Outdoor CSR), helps customers and vendors in our Landscape Supply Yard with professionalism and care—whether loading materials, educating customers on products and services, operating equipment, or managing inventory. The work is physical and fast-paced. We’re looking for someone dependable, alert, and willing to serve with excellence, who works well with others and sees every task as an opportunity to serve well.

You’ll report directly to the Lead Outdoor CSR and work with a crew committed to great work and helping others succeed.

• Assist customers in the Landscape Supply Yard by finding the right materials, guiding product choices, and helping with displays and shelves.
• Safely load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks with materials that do not require equipment operation.
• Bag and load landscaping materials such as rock, sand, and mulch; expect weights of 50–75 lbs.
• Perform quick equipment checks before rentals and guide customers on safe usage.
• Share knowledge about products and services, including bulk materials, hardscape, sod, and artificial turf.
• Maintain safety for yourself, coworkers, customers, and the property; keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Monitor stock levels and alert the team when items are running low.
• Assist with daily deliveries by preparing loads and safely operating equipment if trained.
• Support the Recycling Yard as needed by directing customers, unloading materials, or identifying restricted items.
• Stay organized by keeping bunkered materials tidy and the yard and surrounding areas clean.

• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License (to operate equipment).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions with exposure to heat, cold, wind, and rain.
• Ability to speak professional working English.
• Physical ability to perform prolonged exertion, standing, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling; able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to be trained on operating equipment, including forklifts, small loaders, and heavy loaders.

• Experience operating forklifts or small wheel loaders
• Experience in customer service
• Experience operating outdoor power equipment
• Bilingual

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
