U.S. Venture, Inc., a division of U.S. Auto Force, invites applications for the Delivery Driver – Non-CDL position. U.S. Auto Force has more than 100 years of experience in the tire, undercarriage parts, and lubricants industry, serving independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Position Summary
This role requires operating a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other delivery vehicles. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (or until deliveries are completed) with rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change and overtime may be required.

• Drive assigned routes making 10‑20 deliveries per day.
• Complete and maintain accurate logs, including driver’s logs and fuel purchase records.
• Deliver products on time and safely in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; lift commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment.
• Apply up to 40 pounds of pushing force for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as needed.
• Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
• Operate handheld devices and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
• Perform other related duties as directed by a supervisor.

Work requires frequent lifting up to 80 pounds, occasional pushing up to 40 pounds, and use of protective equipment (steel toes, safety vest, harness, seatbelt). The environment includes exposure to weather, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, automotive parts, and lubricants. All protective equipment is supplied by U.S. Auto Force, except steel toes.

• 21 years of age or older.
• At least one year of professional driving experience in a cube van, box truck, or semi, with a satisfactory company road test.
• Ability to operate forklifts and high‑reach lifts when required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Physical ability to push up to 40 pounds for barrels and industrial tires.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate safely.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC compliant).
• Valid DOT Medical Card per FMCSA guidelines.
