The BFT Senior Coach oversees and trains a highly accredited team of certified coaches whoenjoy: building a community, motivating and guiding, hands-on training, and generouslyinvesting energy in each of our members' journeys. BFT coaches are TRUE coaches, and theclosest thing to a personal training experience in a group setting - equal parts inspirationalspeaker, educator and fitness partner. The Senior Coach sets the gold standard for the studio inall areas of the coaching role, and is responsible overall for ensuring safe, effective and engagingtraining sessions that keep our members coming back for more.

Recruit, hire and manage/retain a team of 6-8 certified coaches to deliver group training inhighest-touch and most supportive workout experience in boutique fitness! Communicate regularly to the team and in 1:1s, inspiring them to promote our training

Collaborate openly with studio owner, GM, Marketing and Sales leaders to create a premium product and service, and achieve or surpass our business goals as a team

Create a top-tier experience for members, from warm greetings through proper cool downs
-and warm handoffs. Advising on their next steps and verifying their next session is in thebooks!

Learn members names, fitness goals and training needs and engage with them daily to helpthem achieve next level performance

Be the first line of understanding and addressing coach concerns, creating a positive and supportive coaching environment

Oversee the organization of the studio and the delivery of BFT sessions with groups of up to 30clients in a fun, high energy, and fully equipped studio. Own the ongoing training of the teamand successful communication around the execution of each unique session.

Effectively organize and communicate session flows and member groupings, delivering excellent talk times for prospects and members

Maximize class attendance and improve member retention by knowing and engaging your community

Engage and coach members on technique before, during and after class to ensure they enjoy asafe and positive experience, understand their needs and assist with Sales processes

Hold on site team meetings and outings, and deliver required educational presentationsincluding, but not limited to, Head Coach and Fundamentals training and other requiredcontinuing education

Assist General Manager and Sales teams with studio tours, demos, and sales and grassrootsmarketing events

Collaborate effectively and consistently with your coaches, demonstrating excellent people leadership and management skills

Model consistency and reliability, and stay fully focused while Coaching…
