BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that will tone, define, and sculpt your body and mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors are known for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in the industry. We utilize our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method on custom-built reformers to provide one of the most efficient full-body workouts available. Our trainers instruct with microphones to energizing music in high-energy studios.

The BODYROK method is designed to be high-intensity and low-impact, leaving clients energized and feeling great!

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and the BODYROK brand.

• Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformers
• Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients
• Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
• Communicate effectively and multitask efficiently
• Demonstrate interest in learning and growing with our expanding brand
• Follow the BODYROK teaching method

• Attended at least 10 BODYROK sculpt classes
• Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
• Flexible teaching schedule, available at least two days per week
• CPR certified
• Preferred minimum of 1-year experience instructing Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness

• Ability to demonstrate BODYROK exercises and routines to clients
• Assist clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
• Modify exercises based on clients' fitness levels
• Teach effectively and safely during all classes

Oakland Location - December 14th, 2024

January 9th-12th, 2024. The training cost is $1500. Discounts are available for early payment and for prior certifications.
