Journeyman Plumbers

Job Overview

General Contractor is seeking a few Journeyman Plumbers to handle rough in through top out, in various commercial and residential projects including ADUs, with the majority of the work involving the renovation and reconfiguration of existing apartments. The work includes but is not limited to relocating bathrooms, kitchens, adding washer connections, running gas, waste, and water lines. Steam fitting is a plus.

Applicant should have a thorough understanding of all applicable building and plumbing codes. Applicant should be able to work independently and with others. Majority of the work is in Oakland and San Francisco with many other jobs throughout the East Bay.

English and Spanish speaking preferred.

• Pay Range/Pago $35-$45/hour DOE (depende de su experiencia)
• 9 Sick Days + 7 holidays after 90 days
• 401K after 1 year with up to 4% Employer match
