HVAC Service Technician

. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC on our 9 million square foot campus to keep operations running smoothly.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Minimum 3 years of experience with:
  • Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
  • Installation and service of cooler/freezer refrigeration systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Gas-fired equipment and gas piping systems
