We are seeking a confident and persuasive Sales Manager who excels at engaging potential clients, cultivating enduring relationships with current clients, and driving sustained revenue growth for the company.

• Negotiations and conclusion of deals:
  Negotiating with clients on prices, payment terms and other issues. Concluding transactions and preparing the necessary documents.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
  Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends.
• Sales Reporting:
  Generating regular sales reports and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, techniques, and performance through innovation and best practices.
• Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus
