Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakland, CA. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Blaisdell’s products and services. Daily activities include conducting sales meetings, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes staying informed about industry trends to provide tailored solutions and insights to customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational abilities to meet sales goals and deadlines
  • Knowledge of office supply products or a related field is a plus
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to driving sales growth
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
