About the Role

The Bay Area Sales Associate will perform a variety of activities in support of the outside sales team and stores. Their top priority will be prospecting for new business opportunities on job sites and in offices, in person and via phone, is paramount. Sales Associates' primary role is to develop new business opportunities with the guidance of the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining Cresco’s level of service with existing accounts.
• Learn all aspects of Cresco’s sales model while mentoring under our outside sales team.
• Work towards enhancing customer relationships.
• Continually assess customer’s needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone skills.
• Computer knowledge and a working knowledge of our CRM database.
• A working knowledge of our rental fleet and pricing structure.
• Having knowledge of Cresco’s store operations is beneficial.
• Understanding market trends – supply and demand market pricing.
• High energy level, comfortable performing multiple tasks in their day-to-day activities.
• Professionalism and integrity consistent with Cresco’s core values.
• Ability to function well as a team member.
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Develop an understanding of competitor’s business models, rental rates, and service areas.
• Work towards increasing Cresco’s underutilized fleet.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $50k + bonus program (or more Dependent On Experience). Starting pay will depend on knowledge, skills, ability, and the city that this open position is located.
