Area Sales Manager; Southern

Responsibilities

• To manage and direct the Territories or Accounts assigned towards achieving its objectives within the approved budget
• Establish an effective communication system with the Customers, Dealers and the Company.
• To work with your superior to prepare and submit presentations, bids and quotations and in Agreement negotiations.
• Investigate the economic conditions surrounding our business activity, such as industry, product trends, and competition.
• Conduct reasonable and extensive market research prior to starting up our business and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
• Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Company from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing.
• At least 5 years in a sales or equipment industry role, with proven success in achieving targets.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Southern Africa region is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
