Description:

• As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions or concerns during check-in.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Perform membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, billing, and transfers.
• Conduct tours and assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free.
• Regularly walk the club to address safety and cleanliness issues.
• Address maintenance concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Salary: $16.89 per hour
