We are looking for a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead our retail team and bring the Arch Telecom brand to life. The RSM will embody the company’s core values, create an energetic, customer‑first environment, and skillfully educate customers on device and service solutions.

• Guide customers from online, through Customer Care or in‑store, ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Oversee all store functions—sales, inventory, new programs—to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Maintain the store’s overall performance and customer experience.

• Demonstrate coverage performance and LTE speed in the customer’s neighborhood.
• Explain how plans and services help customers live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
• Lead on device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.

• Own the customer experience across channels and resolve issues for a seamless environment.
• Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
• Build strong peer relationships with an emphasis on ownership and teamwork.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑centric culture while having fun.

• Demonstrated leadership and competitive drive.
• Confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to share best practices and resolve customer issues.
• Strong operational, financial, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Wireless sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
  
  Full‑time (45 hrs) availability.
