Overview

Noah’s New York Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader. We are a team-focused brand committed to work-life balance, serving fresh bagels and good conversations since 1989. We emphasize quality ingredients and creating a positive guest experience. Our stores close at 2pm to support personal commitments.

We are looking for a Shift Leader who helps motivate the team and supports the General Manager in delivering a great guest experience.

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment while ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve.
• Opportunity to grow within the company; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
