Day Shift | 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM / Night Shift | 07:30 PM – 07:00 AM

$3,800 / Weekly (Blended)

Seeking an experienced PICU RN to provide critical care to pediatric patients in a fast‑paced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This role supports winter surge staffing needs.

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to pediatric patients, including infants and children with complex medical conditions
• Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and life‑support interventions per physician orders
• Manage and operate critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education, emotional support, and clear communication to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.

• Active California RN License
• BLSPALS
• ACLS
• Recent 1‑year PICU or pediatric critical care experience required within last 3 years.
