Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in California requiring a current CA RN license and recent critical care experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital,

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM,

• 13-week assignment duration,

• Uses Epic EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at the time of consideration,

• Minimum of 1 year full-time recent ICU experience within the last 3 years,

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Two years of recent ICU experience preferred,

• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred,

• CCRN certification preferred,

• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred,

• Must provide last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth for consideration,

Additional Information

• Care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting,

• Uses evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary collaboration for patient management,

• Assignment is open to local and travel candidates at the same rate,

• Contingent workers may not exceed two years of assignments without a 90-day break,

• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations may be required per facility policy,
