• 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California RN license (required)
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) – required

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
• CCRN preferred.
• Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred.
