We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intensive Care Unit Nurse for a full-time, on-site role based in Oakland, CA. The ICU Nurse will be responsible for providing critical care and monitoring to patients with severe medical conditions. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, operating life-support systems, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also engage with patients’ families to provide updates and emotional support.

• Proficiency in patient care, critical thinking, and crisis management within an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Expertise in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and operating specialized medical equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and family interactions
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current, active certification to practice in California
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
• Previous experience in a critical care or ICU environment is highly preferred
• Exceptional teamwork and adaptability, along with a commitment to providing empathetic and patient-centered care
