Salary: $35–$45 per hour (DOE)

We have fantastic opportunities for Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team! This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and a valued member of our community.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
- Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met.
- Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
- Ensure all charting and record‑keeping is accurate and complete.
- Attend meetings and trainings.
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
- Give a thorough report to the incoming shift.
- Update 24‑hour report.
- Maintain calendars appropriately for upcoming needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current First Aid Training and Certifications.
- A current nursing license issued by the State of California is required.
- Minimum of six months in long‑term care, home care or related field.
- Demonstrated competence in technical and manual skills according to the scope of practice for RN's/LVN's.
- Working knowledge of computers and typing, sufficient to use computerized Point of Care and other systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of aging process and implications of aging in a social setting.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families and team members.
- Completion of a background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines (Title 22).
