Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric

Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric OR
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric OR RN with a CA license and strong peds operating room background for a variable days 13-week assignment.

Job Details

• Pediatric Operating Room unit in a hospital setting,

• Variable 8-hour day and mid shifts, including 8:00-16:30 and 12:00-20:30,

• Patient population includes pediatric surgical cases,

• May float to different units or facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,

• AHA BLS and PALS certifications required,

• BSN required,

• Minimum 3 years of pediatric operating room experience required,

• Prior travel nursing experience within the past 12 months required,

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Scrub experience, cardiac circulating, ambulatory OR experience, and CNOR certification preferred,

• Experience in teaching hospital preferred,

• Online learning modules required pre-start and annually,

• First time travelers are accepted,

• Holiday requests and all RTO must be discussed and approved at time of offer; no additional RTO allowed mid-contract,

• Travel pairs are permitted but may not be assigned to the same unit,
