• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,830 - $3,030

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) full-time Level III NICU RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California Registered Nurse License or compact state RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or related field preferred
• Seven (7) years of recent Level III NICU experience (within the last 10 years) preferred

NICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU environment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures as prescribed
• Educate and support families throughout the neonatal care process
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
