Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a current CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, for a critical need 13-week day shift assignment.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a hospital setting,

• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts,

• Assignment duration is 13 weeks,

• Utilizes Epic EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within the last 3 years,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

Preferred qualifications:

BSN, 2 years of recent ICU experience, NIH Stroke Scale certification, CCRN, and experience with dialysis or SLED,

• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; no pending credentials accepted,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required,

Additional Information

• Care for critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU environment,

• Epic EMR experience is preferred,

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers,

• Must comply with tenure policy limiting assignments to two years without a 90-day break,
