Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need ICU position in California requiring an active CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Job Details

• Position is in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting,

• 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM,

• 13-week assignment,

• Care for critically ill adult patients in an ICU environment,

• Uses EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) full-time ICU experience required,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred,

• NIH Stroke Scale certificate preferred,

• CCRN certification preferred,

• Dialysis, SLED or equivalent experience preferred,

Additional Information

• May be required to assist with dialysis or SLED treatments,

• Compliance with COVID and Flu vaccination requirements may be necessary,

• Internal HR tenure policy limits assignment duration to a maximum of two years without a 90-day break,

• Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same pay rate,
