• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and document patient histories accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions, reporting critical updates to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and overall health management.
• Maintained meticulous and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Candidate requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN, PHN preferred).
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent.
• Licensed driver with a well-maintained vehicle and good driving record (insured per state or agency requirements).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and medical teams.
