Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics
Location:
Oakland, CA 94611
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible extension)
Shift: 12 hr. Nights | 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
Travel Pay: $3500 blended
Local Pay: $78/hr. on W2
Required:
- Active California RN License (Unrestricted)
- 2 years of recent Pediatrics RN experience
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- PALS (AHA) – Required
- Provides safe, high quality nursing care to pediatric patients within the Maternal Child Health (MCH) unit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, age appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients using evidence based practices
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions; promptly report changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
