Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for critical night shifts in California requiring an active CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with critically ill adult patients,

• Night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Uses EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license at time of consideration,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Minimum one year of recent (within last three years) full-time equivalent ICU experience,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• NIH Stroke Scale and CCRN certifications preferred,

• Dialysis and SLED experience preferred,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Must provide high acuity nursing care to ICU patients as part of a multidisciplinary team,

• No difference in compensation between local and travel candidates,

• All licensure and certifications must be current and active at time of consideration,

• Not allowed to exceed two years of continuous or near-continuous assignment without a 90-day break as per tenure policy,
