Pay Range: $63,800 - $90,200
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
- Coordinate the team’s activities to accomplish established production and safety goals.
- Manage and inspect the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain production and time records.
- Estimate production material needs and manage inventory accordingly.
- Teach and enforce company safety policies, aiming for zero incidents.
- Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement improvements in production and safety.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.
