As the Sr. Manager, Compliance Strategic Initiatives, you’ll drive priority projects for PG&E’s Electric Compliance organization, promoting both compliance and effective performance across the organization. You lead with vision, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable frameworks that strengthen performance and accountability. You lead communications and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring compliance insights are clear, timely, and impactful. You drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance the compliance organization’s goals and enhance enterprise coordination, fostering a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.

You ensure compliance isn’t just followed but is embedded in how PG&E operates in an evolving energy landscape.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
