The Janitorial Operations Manager oversees daily operations across multiple accounts and locations. This role ensures consistent service delivery, employee performance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support site supervisors and cleaning staff.
- Manage daily operations across multiple facilities.
- Develop staffing schedules and manage labor allocation.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Conduct routine audits and performance reviews.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supply purchasing.
- Handle escalated client issues and service recovery.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements.
- 5+ years of janitorial or facilities management experience.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
