The RoleAs a Senior Construction Project Manager at oWOW, you own the full lifecycle from predevelopment through construction, closeout, and Certificate of Occupancy (CO). This is an ownership role, with full accountability for schedule, cost, contracts, and financial performance.
oWOW builds differently. We use prefabricated mass timber, façade mega-panels, and componentized steel systems to move faster and at materially lower (30 - 50%) cost than traditional builds. You are responsible for turning that advantage into results managing budgets, controlling expenditures, and structuring owner contracts so each project succeeds as a business.
You track project performance rigorously, comparing projected versus actual fees day-to-day, identifying risks early, and taking decisive corrective action when results drift off plan. You think like an owner, not a task manager.
You coordinate seamlessly across design, construction, finance, and operations on fast-moving projects where conditions evolve quickly and judgment matters.

What You’ll Do 1. Deliver the Business PlanManage projects from predevelopment through Certificate of Occupancy in alignment with approved budgets, schedules, and return targets.
2. Run the Integrated ScheduleDevelop and manage the master schedule across design, permitting, procurement, and construction. Track progress weekly and correct deviations early.
3. Manage Cost & Cash FlowControl GMP, forecasts, contingencies, and expenditures. Monitor projected versus actual fee performance monthly and take corrective action as needed.
Draft, negotiate, and administer owner and major trade contracts. Ensure commitments align with contractual terms and project economics.
Proactively manage technical, financial, schedule, and regulatory risks. Maintain and drive the project risk register.
6. Align StakeholdersDrive alignment across owners, lenders, designers, contractors, and authorities through clear decisions and accountability.
