This entry‑level, short‑term position prepares an employee to perform a higher‑level supervisory role and is eligible for promotion to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor after successful completion of the training program.

• Supervise store crew, assign and direct all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes early morning, overnight, weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
