Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing San Francisco practice. This hybrid role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to a diverse commercial litigation and transactional practice.
Responsibilities- Manage and support a range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with and handle various aspects of litigation and dispute resolution
- Draft and review litigation and transactional documents related to real estate and construction matters
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with partners and team members while taking increasing ownership of assigned matters
- 3+ years of experience as an associate attorney in commercial or civil litigation
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Experience working directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Active CA license
- Real estate/construction disputes
- Professional liability matters
- Premises liability
- Employment-related litigation and counseling
