Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing San Francisco practice. This hybrid role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to a diverse commercial litigation and transactional practice.

• Manage and support a range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Assist with and handle various aspects of litigation and dispute resolution
• Draft and review litigation and transactional documents related to real estate and construction matters
• Participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with partners and team members while taking increasing ownership of assigned matters

• 3+ years of experience as an associate attorney in commercial or civil litigation
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience working directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Active CA license
