. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced legal professionals to guide K-12 school districts and community colleges through a broad spectrum of operational and facilities-related legal matters.

• Advising on real estate transactions and leases
• Drafting and negotiating public contracts
• Supporting construction procurement processes and resolving disputes
• Handling a range of transactional matters impacting school operations
• Providing litigation support when necessary

• Is licensed to practice law in California
• Has strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Enjoys collaborative problem-solving
• Has at least one year of post-bar legal experience
• Is mission-driven and thrives in a service-oriented environment
