- Advising on real estate transactions and leases
- Drafting and negotiating public contracts
- Supporting construction procurement processes and resolving disputes
- Handling a range of transactional matters impacting school operations
- Providing litigation support when necessary
- Is licensed to practice law in California
- Has strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Enjoys collaborative problem-solving
- Has at least one year of post-bar legal experience
- Is mission-driven and thrives in a service-oriented environment

- Reasonable billable hours expectations

- Salary range: $130,000 – $190,000, depending on experience
