• Annual Bonus

• Manage all phases of case development, including trial preparation and post-trial activities.
• Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents.
• Oversee document production and eDiscovery using Relativity and related litigation technologies.
• Provide support for depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and discovery logs.
• Deliver exceptional support and client service, ensuring efficient case execution.

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in California (law firm or in-house).
• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong eDiscovery expertise with Relativity, iPro, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Trial preparation experience (construction litigation background a plus).
• A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and initiative.
