Litigation Associate – Construction (4–8 Years)

I'm partnering with a highly respected California law firm to help grow their construction-focused litigation team in Oakland. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants real responsibility, meaningful case ownership, and long-term career growth—not just a seat on large teams.

• Hands-on litigation work with opportunities to serve as first or second chair
• Exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters with room to manage cases end-to‑to‑end
• Supportive, collegial environment with strong mentorship and training
• Clear path for advancement and the chance to build a long‑term practice

• 4–8 years of complex litigation experience
• Experience with (or strong interest in) construction‑related disputes
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Strong academic background
• A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial approach to practice
• Base salary range: $200,000–$260,000 (DOE)
• Annual discretionary + billable bonuses
• 401(k) with partial match and profit sharing
• Reasonable billable expectations
