About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to be a CRM Administrator with expertise in Hub Spot to join our dynamic Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team. This critical role will be instrumental in optimizing our entire go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure and ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our sales processes
This role requires a hybrid schedule with a 2-day in-office requirement per week at one of our office locations in Oakland, or Costa Mesa.
What you’ll do- Manage and maintain our Hub Spot CRM, including fields, objects, workflows, automations, and integrations
- Create and optimize reports, and dashboards to drive visibility and performance
- Clean and maintain data quality across our systems
- Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools - answering questions, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring everyone can work efficiently with our tech stack
- Use Clay to build and enrich prospect lists, clean and validate lead data, and seamlessly upload into our CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- 3+ years in a hands-on Hub Spot administration role, or experience working at a Hub Spot agency
- Deep knowledge of Hub Spot's Sales Hub, workflows, and automation capabilities
- Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and sales tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, very comfortable multi-tasking
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
