Senior QA​/QE Engineer

Role/Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate QA/QE activities across two application teams simultaneously
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Perform manual and automated testing for web-based and desktop applications (Oracle ADF/Web Logic environments)
• Validate business logic related to claims processing, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits administration

Minimum Requirements (Must to Have)

• 4+ w/Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of QA/QE experience in enterprise software environments
• Strong understanding of dental or health insurance domain: claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration
• Familiarity with systems including PCP management, contact tracking, and customer service workflows
• Experience testing web-based applications, REST APIs, and workflow management systems
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site at the Oakland, CA office
• Experience with Oracle ADF, Web Logic, or similar Java-based enterprise platforms
• Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of Datadog, Splunk, or other observability/monitoring tools
• Healthcare industry background beyond dental medical, vision, or insurance verticals
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
