The IT Technology Vendor Manager partners with IT and business leadership to manage and optimize technology vendors. This role ensures vendor performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with enterprise technology, capital, and operating plans.

• Manage end-to-end technology vendor relationships, including onboarding, governance, performance, and compliance.
• Partner with IT, Architecture, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal to align vendor capabilities with business objectives.
• Track vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop executive-level reporting, financial forecasts (Cap Ex/OpEx), and cost optimization strategies.
• Lead supplier reviews, negotiations, and contract compliance to maximize value and savings.
• Identify risks, innovation opportunities, and emerging technologies within the vendor portfolio.
• Support multi-year technology investment planning and Total Cost of Ownership analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT vendor management, sourcing, or technology strategy.
• Strong project management, financial acumen, and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience managing Tier-1 vendors and complex contracts.

• Master’s degree, relevant certifications (CPSM, ITIL, CTPP).
• Experience with vendor/procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Service Now).

The hourly rate for this position is between $84.00 - $90.00 per hour.
