Salary Range: $100000 to $140000/Annum

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
" Minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation.
" Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise level experience including support for large number of applications.
" Knowledgeable on tools like Tosca, Selenium, UFT.
" Expertise in creating & maintaining automation frameworks and scripts
" Hands on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and other CICD processes
" Ability to multi-task effectively and test early, often and leveraging automation & Dev Ops implementation
" Manage test data needs using TDM and automation
" Prepare of test plan, test data, test cases, traceability and collaborate with members for test executions
" Exposure to Accessibility Testing & Robotic Process Automation
" Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
" Experience in a Utility Company is an asset
" Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
" Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
" Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

Roles & Responsibilities
" Design the automation strategy
" Analyze industry trends to understand the latest automation Technologies
" Strategize and create Automation suites
" Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
" Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
" Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
" Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
" Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
o Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and closed loop marketing (CLM)
