Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay: $110,000-$130,000/yr
Contracted Position!

• Lead preparation and submission of CMS and State-required regulatory reports.
• Ensure full alignment with federal and state compliance standards.
• Partner with Compliance and Clinical leadership to maintain audit readiness and reporting accuracy.
• Proactively identify reporting risks and implement process improvements.
• Architect and optimize reporting solutions in SQL Server, SSRS, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Build executive-ready dashboards that influence operational and clinical decision-making.
• Enhance reporting performance, scalability, and usability.

• Work across healthcare platforms including Salesforce, eClinical
  
  Works (eCW), and claims systems.
• Analyze and validate complex source-to-target data flows.
• Reconcile fragmented datasets to ensure accuracy prior to regulatory submission.

• Contribute to enterprise data standards and governance initiatives.
• Help shape the organization’s unified data foundation.

• 7+ years of progressive BI / Analytics experience.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in SQL Server / T‑SQL.
• Advanced experience building in SSRS and Power BI.
• Proven track record supporting CMS and State‑level healthcare regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures, interoperability, and compliance environments.
• Ability to communicate complex data issues to executive and clinical stakeholders.
