We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Analyst with strong Legal Operations and Business Analysis experience to support corporate legal and compliance teams in deploying and optimizing legal technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between legal, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and ensure efficient delivery of legal services through process optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for legal technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder and client interviews to understand legal operational needs
  • Support implementation of legal intake, contract, and compliance workflows
  • Coordinate and maintain project schedules, meetings, and training sessions
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor and report on operational and financial performance of legal initiatives
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and documentation to support scalable legal operations
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Provide ongoing support to legal teams to ensure adoption of tools and processes
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Analyst, or Business Analyst roles
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements (BRDs)
  • Hands-on experience supporting corporate legal teams
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal intake processes
  • Experience working on IT or legal technology projects
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Workspace
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with legal technology platforms such as Salesforce CLM, Jira, Ui Path
  • Exposure to workflow automation, RPA, or AI-driven legal tools
  • Experience with process mapping and BPM methodologies
  • Legal Operations Professional Certification (CLOC or equivalent)
