We are seeking a Principal-level S2P Business Process Analyst to join a high-impact SAP transformation initiative. Now entering its third year, this greenfield, seven-year enterprise program is focused on modernizing business processes, data architecture, and procurement systems. The successful candidate will serve as a functional product owner across Source-to-Pay (S2P) work streams, with an emphasis on Open Text and SAP Business Network (SCC), especially around coded materials.

This is a hybrid role based in Oakland, CA, with relocation assistance provided. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

• Lead requirements gathering for service procurement processes, partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications

• Perform Fit-to-Standard analysis to assess how SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, and Open Text capabilities align with existing operations

• Collaborate with System Integrators to design, build, and test solutions across the S2P lifecycle

• Own the UAT process by coordinating test planning, validating business scenarios, and ensuring resolution of defects

• Drive change management and adoption strategies across procurement teams and business users

• Deliver end-user training and create enablement documentation for post-implementation success

  Strong understanding of supplier collaboration, especially around coded materials

• Experience working with SAP Ariba

  HANA in a cross-functional environment

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years of SAP-related work experience

• 5–7 years of functional experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P)

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with SAP Business Network/SCC and/or Open Text

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a product owner or functional lead capacity

• Background supporting complex enterprise programs or greenfield SAP transformations

• Strong communication, confidence, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Change management and training design experience
