Join our client's dynamic IT Sourcing and Procurement team as a Contracts Manager, where you'll be at the heart of managing large‑scale digital transformations. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on navigating complex contracts to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and minimize value leakage. You'll support high‑impact programs involving system integrator services and software professional services, collaborating closely with program leadership to deliver results in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

You'll play a pivotal role in minimizing value leakage through sophisticated contract management, including:

• Overseeing cost management, compliance monitoring, and milestone/deliverable achievement for existing contracts.
• Supporting contract extensions and change orders, from vetting/negotiation to strategizing for additional phases.
• Partnering with program and IT Sourcing leadership on issue resolution, KPI development/reporting, and escalations.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 9+ years in a similar role, with proven navigation of complex sourcing strategies in digital transformations (e.g., system integrator and software professional services).
• A track record of managing deliverable/milestone‑based, time & materials, and travel expense contracts.
