Job Summary
The Executive Director (ED), Impact and Partnerships builds and leads CSH-s clinical business development and impact engine. The ED owns pipeline intake and diligence, stakeholder engagement, impact forward business case development (health, experience, affordability), and implementation in partnership with clinical and operational leaders. The role establishes governance to manage dependencies and risk, and institutionalizes a disciplined test‑learn‑scale approach that delivers measurable value.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Map and manage stakeholders (PMG clinical leaders, Health Plan executives, regional presidents, IT/Data, Finance, Legal, Comms); establish operating rhythms and decision rights. - Design & Implementation Partnering:
Co‑lead solution design with clinical and operational teams; define clinical workflows, staffing models, change management, training, and risk mitigation. - Integration Playbooks:
Create and maintain playbooks for integrating CSH services, data flows, and processes across KP and with Risant Health affiliates; ensure regulatory and contractual alignment. - Test‑Learn‑Scale Discipline:
Drive a repeatable lifecycle from pilots to scaled operations; codify criteria for readiness, fidelity, and handoffs to run the business owners. - Value Realization & Portfolio Governance:
Stand up a light value‑realization office and chair an Innovation & Integration Council to manage interdependencies, remove barriers, and elevate decisions; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance. - External Partnerships:
Source and evaluate external partners (vendors, nonprofits, community‑based organizations) that accelerate impact; negotiate terms in partnership with Procurement and Legal. - Data & Evidence:
Partner with Data & Analytics and Evaluation to define KPIs, dashboards, and learning agendas; ensure results inform scale decisions and investment allocation. - Communications & Change:
Create executive‑ready narratives, artifacts, and updates for CHO/CSH leadership, regional leaders, and the Board; lead change management and stakeholder communications.
This position has a target base salary of $234,000 to $292,500 and is eligible for incentive compensation, comprehensive health, wellness, time off, savings, and retirement benefits, as well as relocation support, as applicable.
