Job Details:

Title: Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.

Location: Oakland, CA

• Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location served in the job.
• Visit both business offices and residences to repair, troubleshoot and break-fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use your own car to travel to provide service to customers.
• Primarily work with Dell products; prior experience is a plus.
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at work.
• Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving (approx. 300 miles per week).

• A+ Certification (training or expired status accepted).
• Certification in Dell or other product manufacturing (plus).
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops.
• Experience in break/fix support.

• Upon job offer, undergo background check and driving record review.
• Complete Dell certification training (online) as required – free.
• Accept contract agreement terms and conditions of the company.
• Pay will be paid biweekly for the approved hours.
• Mileage will be reimbursed – contact for details.
• Plan for a backup vehicle in case of breakdown.

• Standard pay rate and good mileage reimbursement.
