Senior PeopleSoft Developer - Consultant

Knowledge/

Skills:

• Advanced experience designing and developing solutions for People Soft HCM applications – Benefits module including deep experience and understanding of the People Soft HCM data model.
• Strong experience with Java script, HTML, CSS and web development tools to improve Fluid UI components to improve end user accessibility and navigation.
• Develop and maintain People Soft Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, Fluid pages, Integration Broker services, and custom reports across multiple modules.
• Strong Application Engine and SQL skills.
• Hands on experience with some or all of the following - Fluid technology, Tile, Related content, Event mapping and page field configurator
• Demonstrated ability to understand functional needs and how systems can support those needs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Proven Experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Strong, demonstrated project leadership and software management skills.
• Experience with configuration strategy preparation, object migration with STAT/PHIRE, procedures & practices, determining automated and manual methods etc.
