Finezi Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst / Project Scheduler (Expert) to support its multi‑year Propel Program
, a large‑scale enterprise and IT transformation initiative migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

- Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze detailed project schedules aligned with PG&E standards and best practices.
- Track and report schedule progress, variances, and forecasts across multiple work streams.
- Ensure accuracy of schedules, milestones, metrics, and resource loading.
- Coordinate schedules, task updates, meetings, and distribution of reports.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Identify critical path activities and perform what‑if and scenario analysis.
- Track schedule baselines and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Maintain and manage project risk registers.
- Support cross‑functional coordination to identify issues and drive resolution.
- Develop conceptual models and business capability traceability matrices.
- Support PMs with planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- 7+ years of experience in Project Scheduling / Project Controls / PMO roles
. - Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
. - Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel required).
- Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential project documentation.
- Experience supporting large enterprise or IT transformation programs
. - ERP implementation experience (SAP preferred).
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Financial acumen and labor/resource forecasting experience.
- Experience with Power BI / Power Apps.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management tools.
- Experience with strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MS Teams, Share Point
- Power BI / Power Apps (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, Computer Science, Business Administration, or MIS.
- Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
- PG&E laptop will be provided.
- Fully equipped workstation for onsite work.
- For remote days, home workstation setup is contractor’s responsibility (excluding PG&E laptop).
