We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Delivery Operations Team Member to join the current Global Strategy and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemistry / biochemistry, an innate ability to understand scientific workflows in synthesis, application and analytical, and help translate complicated customer processes into streamlined experiences in our platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build workflows, and work with our technical and business operations teams to successfully configure and deploy our technology to fit many use cases across the material‑science industry.

Lead large‑scale Enterprise rollouts of Albert, guiding customers through their digital transformation journey. Develop deep relationships with our customers, including scientists, heads of research, IT managers, and other stakeholders, understanding their business and how users can derive value from the Albert platform in their daily scientific work. Understand and document customers' scientific workflows to determine how Albert can best meet their key business needs, while leveraging your growing product expertise and scientific knowledge to train and onboard users of the Albert platform.

Collaborate with Strategy and Partnerships to craft presentations at the executive level, focusing on SOW requirements, delivery milestones, and early value creation during the deployment timeline. Help paint the picture for CxO‑level executives on both the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Albert journey and how it connects to value creation.

While driving technical configurations with the support of our technical operations team, assist with customer support as an escalation point, developing deep knowledge of the customer's workflows and integrating with tools used today.

Collaborate with the Business Operations team to support the creation of reusable assets to help scale deployment operations from both the customer and corporate perspective.

• Experience:
  
  3-8 years of work experience in technology delivery or scientific lab experience. Please note that other prior experience not in this area may not transfer over.

  You’re a natural problem solver with a passion for streamlining complex processes, establishing structure, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Data‑Driven:
  You thrive on using metrics to measure success, identify trends, and inform actionable insights to drive continuous optimization.
• Technologically Savvy:
  You have a proven track record of being flexible and able to adapt in a fast‑growing technology environment, strategizing and executing on a vast array of client needs.
• Educational Background:
  Preferred undergraduate background in hard science. Masters/PhD in a hard science related field is a plus, but not required.
