Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate closely with patients, families, and facility staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely
• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, providing guidance and coaching
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicare, and OSHA standards
• Participate in facility meetings, continuing education, and special projects
• Maintain current CPR certification and licensure

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication, clinical problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise support staff
• Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed
